WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
- All items are subject to a handling and quality control period before they are dispatched.
- 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 1-5 days of payment. Please see 'shipping details' here.
- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
Although our fulfillment house is located in United States, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, China and United Kingdom.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

- Refund request is available only request within a week after item received & returning the item as the same condition as received.
- Defective situation must be noticed within 15 days after delivery.
- Customer pays return shipping on exchanges. The USPS has the best rates in our experience, but you can ship back to us any way you like.
- For damaged goods, please contact support with a picture of the damage to get a replacement.
- If you are entitled to get a refund, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
